This hand gorgeous hand smocked dress has the wow factor! Fun and bright but oh so smart; the white collar and hand smocking really lift this floral delight. The dress is based on a dress my mother wore in the early 1960’s, it was handed to her 3 sisters and then to me and my sister. The same journey I hope to see this dress make through the generations.
