DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.

WHO PAYS FOR CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES?

Lallie London is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

Yes, you are able to amend your order within an hour of your order being placed. Unfortunately, once the order has been fully processed, we are unable to amend the order.

I PURCHASED SOMETHING THAT IS NOW DISCOUNTED

The price paid by the client at the point of purchase cannot be changed. If an item has been discounted since the original purchase and is unworn, has the original tags and is within the returns period; you are more than welcome to place a second order at the discounted price and return the original order. Please note that we cannot apply price reversals or discounts to previous orders. To purchase at the discounted price, you will need to place a new order.

CAN I EXCHANGE SOMETHING I BOUGHT ONLINE?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this point in time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place an order for the item you wish to exchange it for.

WILL YOU RECEIVE ANY ADDITIONAL STOCK?

Our collections sell out pretty quickly but from time to time we do receive a re-order on popular styles. We recommend signing up to our mailing list to be notified of any restocks.

HOW DO PRE-ORDERS WORK?

Pre orders will always have a longer dispatch date attached to them which is different to our usual working day turnaround.

We will endevour to provide an accurate expected delivery date however this is subject to change for various reasons. Where possible we will alert customers if there is a change to delivery dates.

Pre order items are not elligible for cancellation, if you change your mind on a pre order item, we can offer a credit note or an exchange as an option.

Pre-orders ordered with more than one item will all ship together once the pre-order is available. If you wish for your other items to arrive sooner, please order separately.

RETURNS

Love and care goes into every garment, however, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or wish to exchange, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including tags and plastic, and garments must not be washed or worn. Please allow 3 - 10 days for processing a refund.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:

FINAL SALE

Items purchased at discounted/markdown price cannot be returned for refunds or store credit. We may be able to exchange for different sizes or colours, pending availability. Please contact info@lallielondon.com for any questions regarding this.
